There are some fantastic questions here. Would you pay to put solar panels on a prison? Would you limit the amount of locations of a coffee chain in an area? A production team wants to pay the city twenty million to shut-down half the subway system for a month to film, would you allow it? Research has shown that gun crime increases when police officers carry firearms. Will the majority of police officers in your city be unarmed?
